If you are having a hard day, a dear-god-I'm-in-my-thirties-when-did-that-happen? kind of day, a day when your thoughts and emotions and coping skills all seem to be melting together into one great lump of preoccupation that leaves you feeling breathless and beaten, I have a recommendation:
Go spend fifteen minutes in a jumpy castle with half a dozen five year olds. Jump high. Do seat drops and knee drops. Flop on your back and let their bouncing bounce you. Jump some more.
It helps.
Sounds like fun!
Hey!
What about renting one of them for a family bbq in the summer?

I'm not sure I could do that. And I wouldn't know where to find half a dozen 5-year olds.
But thanks for the suggestion. I get your point.
