...you can tell by the Google strings that are bringing people here lately. One never realizes just how consumer-based one's lifestyle must be until your blog is a primary match for such things as "tamagotchie" or "polly pocket" or "girls' clothes" or "bratz".
I'm not selling any of the above, but stick around New People - maybe you'll like it here anyway. If I'd known company was going to be dropping by, I would have decorated. Hmm. maybe Typepad has a new winter template.
Snowing snowing snowing outside, but we've got bread and milk, so we're prepared for disaster. To use the word of the year, "w00t w00t." That's me expressing my happiness and triumph, or something like that.
First semester hath ended, Finals Week is over, and my Grown Up Girls have successfully completed their first increment of higher learning. The tree is up, my Christmas Village has returned to the dining room (it was absent last year due to the Flood Of 2006) and the big nativity scene has found a home on the cedar chest. In true Haggert fashion, someone's been playing with the assorted figurines. One of the Josephs has been relocated to the Village Jungle Gym, another is standing outside the Barber Shop, and over in the stable, it would appear that Jesus has two mommies.
The goat is also missing an ear.
Nine shopping days left - good luck with those Tamagotchies!
So thats what it takes to get you to blog more than once a month eh.
