Well hello, my lovely readers! So nice to know that some of you missed me, at least.
I finished Snow and Ashes more than a week ago, then decamped with the family. While Kim was killing Mouseketeers, I was dressing up as one at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in the Happiest Place On Earth.
Which at times seemed like the Soggiest Place On Earth. I don't recall inviting Tropical Storm Tammy to join us for the trip, but there she was anyway. When it wasn't raining, it was great, and even when it was raining, it was pretty good too. I'll post a trip report over on the Disney blog, in installments, and let you know when the first installment is up.
So now we, and the children, and the laundry, are home. I got to sleep in my own bed, and shower in my own shower, and am slowly re-learning how to type. Amazing what a week away can do to your skills!
